Established in 2013 by our Director, Chris Hayers, from his living room in Southsea, the years have seen steady growth with the addition of Aimee Hayers as Director in 2017, building on their original portfolio of clients and establishing the team.

Considering the impact the virus has continued to have on the economy and so many other aspects of life, this last year has been one of internal development where we have focused on polishing up our processes and procedures to offer an ever more seamless experience for ourselves and more importantly, you.

We would just like to say thank you – for the dedication of our staff, and for all the support from our friends, family and, of course, our esteemed clients.

GO KARTING

The team had a blast at TeamSport Karting for our June staff event!
We might have all hit the wall at least once though.

 

31 MILES FOR CANCER RESEARCH

Sara, our Office Manager, is usually more of a pizza and Netflix kind of girl but managed to jog 31 miles in July for Cancer Research Race For Life.

COURTNEY JOINED THE TEAM

MATCH welcomed a new Accounts Assistant, Courtney Davies, who quickly became a real asset to the team.

STAFF BBQ

A barbecue was in order for August at the Queen Elizabeth Country Park with our Director Chris as Grill Master, assisted by Ben, our Client Finance Director while the team and kids explored the park’s activities.

MACMILLAN COFFEE MORNING

We took part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning with our business neighbours and our friends at Innovation Connect, supplying and taste testing many of the wonderful creations.

GROWTH CLUB

We always look forward to joining ActionCOACH quarterly to put our heads together and establish our business plans for the next 3 months.

THE LONDON MARATHON

Ben was an absolute trooper and ran the London Marathon in support of Dreams Come True despite feeling under the weather for weeks beforehand.

ESCAPE ROOM

We enjoyed our October staff event at Other World Escape Rooms, working on one of our core values: being Collaborative, and bossing the teamwork to get out in time!

GREAT BRITISH BEACH CLEAN

We teamed up with the lovely ladies from Innovation Connect for the Great British Beach Clean and while we did our best, we must have found the cleanest beach in England. Southsea locals should be proud!

WEAR IT PINK

The whole building joined in for Wear It Pink day in support of breast cancer research.

RACE FOR LIFE: PRETTY MUDDY

Aimee, our Director, and Sara took on the Pretty Muddy 5k for Cancer Research UK Race for Life and got thoroughly drenched and cold for the cause.

HALLOWEEN

Many of us went pumpkin picking directly from the nearby farm and got creative to get in the spooky spirit.

STAFF CHRISTMAS PARTY

After skiing around the infamously mountainous region of Portsmouth… we dropped into the Après Ski bar at The Queens Hotel for our staff Christmas get-together and knocked back some festive food and drinks.
